Meet the friendly team behind The Flower Shop at Kersey Mill. With a passion for fresh flowers, creative floristry and thoughtful customer care, we create beautiful arrangements for every occasion throughout Ipswich, Hadleigh and the surrounding areas.
Amy is the owner and head florist of The Flower Shop after opening the shop at Kersey Mill in 2013.
Amy leads the team with creativeness, care and a passion for detail.
Amy runs our wedding & events department with passion, a plethora of knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
Ali joined us in 2021 after working at her previous florists for over 30 years.
With a breadth of knowledge and attention to detail Ali always creates the most beautiful designs. Her passion for gardening is transfered to her role in the shop as she cares for and nutures all our plants.
Sharon joined ur team in 2024 with over 40 years of experience in the floral industry, having worked in her aunts shop from a young age.
Sharon has a real passion for creating beautiful sympathy flowers and throughly enjoys interating with the customers.
Her love of nature and being outside blends beautifully with our values and style.
The Flower Shop is an independent luxury florist who create bespoke, cottage garden style bouquets and arrangements using the freshest, seasonal flowers. Creating flowers for all occasions, be it for a special birthday or just to say 'I'm thinking of you'.
Opened in August 2013 by owner and head florist Amy, The Flower Shop has grown and flourished over the years. With our dedicated and experienced team, we have a breadth of knowledge to advise you. Be it for the perfect bouquet, farewell flowers or arrangements for your wedding or event.
Most of all, we love flowers and are passionate about creating beautiful, fresh bouquets and designs for our beloved clients.
Our beautiful shop is located at Kersey Mill, an old water mill and maltings, where you can visit us in store and see our range of stunning fresh flowers, foliage and plants. Along with homewares, cards and candles.
Our on-hand florists are there to help in any way they can be. Be it a small bunch for home or a last minute bouquet, we can quickly create these whilst you wait.
Our shop is open Monday to Friday, 9.30 - 16.30 and Saturdays 9.30 - 15.00.
We are closed on Sundays, apart from Mothering Sunday.

Weddings are our passion and something we really enjoy creating. In 2021 we opened our sister business, The Flower Workshop, located just up the road in Hadleigh.
Here we work on our weddings and events and teach workshops where you can learn to create flowers yourself.

We pride ourselves on being as green as possible and always use biodegradable materials wherever possible. From our cellophane, Oasis and even our ribbons, all of which can go on the compost heap.
